Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our products Curves By Cee INC. does not accept returns. Please read all policies prior to purchase. If you are unsure of what size is best for you please contact us via email at info@curvesbycee.com or check out our size chart that is located on each product page.  

 

Exchanges/ Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged; sending pictures/ videos will help with the investigation. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at info@curvesbycee.com and we will send you further instructions.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be issued within 30 days.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at info@curvesbycee.com.

Sale items 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final sale.
